Matt is a Red Bull freeride athlete and leading figure in slopestyle MTB, with wins in top-level events and appearances in Red Bull Hardline. He co-founded global MTB and lifestyle brand Helfare and runs one of the top three athlete-led MTB YouTube channels.
Jono is a professional mountain bike rider and Red Bull Hardline competitor, with experience in the Downhill World Cup and World Championships. Before joining Cascade, he spent seven years in banking, specialising in Infrastructure Debt Origination.
Chris has over 30 years in original IP game development, co-founding Media Molecule, FreeStyleGames, and Delinquent Interactive. He has held VP roles at Electronic Arts and Activision and advised teams including Hello Games, Tripledot, Hutch, Space Ape, and Omeda Studios.
Rod founded global accounting platform Xero, growing it into a $AU20B+ ASX100 company with over 5000 staff worldwide. Recognised as one of the world’s top serial entrepreneurs, he now invests in Queenstown’s global biking scene and founded the World Mountain Bike Awards.

Third Kind Games - a Virtuos Studio, is a world-class co-development games studio in the heart of the UK, that works with some of the biggest names in the industry. The studio has experience with huge titles, including Forza Horizon 4, Sea of Thieves and Hearthstone. Third Kind Games was founded in 2016 by a team of nine former Activision veterans and became a Virtuos Studio in 2024.
